What are my next day delivery options?
Our UK overnight delivery options include next day delivery by close of business, next day delivery pre 9am , next day delivery pre 10.30am , and next day delivery pre 12pm, during the week as well as pre 12pm delivery on Saturday.

Those options are clearly displayed for Santis clients at the time of booking including their cut off collection times and costs.

Does UK overnight service guarantee next day delivery?
Quick answer to this very popular question is NO. UK overnight delivery is quite complicated which is why 24 hours is the minimum time between the client placing the parcel into the delivery network and the final delivery. In our experience 98% of the time our UK overnight deliveries take place within 24 hours. However, it is important to understand that due to the number of hands touching your goods, there is far more margin for error than a sameday service for example, which is why delays can occur.
How does a UK overnight delivery service work?
As soon as collection of the item is arranged, your consignment will be collected by our courier who will then take it into a local service centre for consolidation. From the local consolidation centre, your parcel is loaded onto an HGV and then it travels to a central UK hub whereby it is sorted into various vehicles taking it to the local delivery depot closest to the end destination. At this point, consignments are sorted again and placed onto smaller vehicles for the last mile delivery.
Can I insure my UK overnight delivery?
Yes, all goods will be insured as per the standard terms and conditions of carriage. For further information on shipping insurance, please contact our Customer Service team.
What items are prohibited on UK overnight network?
Items which are strictly prohibited on UK overnight network are: animals, animal parts, livestock and insects; biological samples; card/debit cards, currency; dangerous goods, drugs (including prescription drugs); firearms including replicas and imitations; fire extinguishers; hazardous goods and radioactive material; human remains, infectious substances, ink & toners, lighter fluid and matches; medicines; paint; precious metals and stones; stamps; tobacco products; weapons; explosives; batteries, white goods.
Can I track UK overnight consignments?
All courier consignments shipped with Santis Global are fully tracked from booking to delivery including automated proof of delivery. In addition to automated tracking, Santis clients can also trust that our Customer Service team will proactively track their shipments and make them aware of any potential delays if they occur and work on minimising them.
How do I track my consignments?
You can track all your shipments on our online booking and tracking platform.
What happens when my consignment is delayed?
If for whatever reason your consignment is delayed, you will be able to see it on our online booking and tracking portal. In addition, you will also receive an email update giving you details as to why your shipment has been delayed.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my delivery?
If you are unfortunate enough to miss your attempted delivery, we have different options available for you in order to make sure we redeliver your parcel to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, including rearranging your parcel to be redelivered the following day or arranging for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a secure location if you are not in the following day.
Should I use UK overnight service for highly time sensitive consignments?
If your shipment is highly time sensitive and it MUST be delivered the next day e.g. for an event, we would suggest to use our same day service rather than a UK Overnight service. Due to the number of hands touching your goods on the UK overnight network, there is always room for error which effectively could cause a delay.
