Santis has developed a cost-effective solution for client’s Christmas fulfilment and distribution needs taking into consideration their requirement, budget, speed of delivery and any other factors.
Santis can offer a wide range of logistics services, whether it’s a simple labelling service, hand-fulfilment or even wrapping their Christmas gifts following our client’s specific instructions.
We can manage this requirement for you the entire way both in the UK and internationally.
SERVICE INCLUDES
CONSULTATION
with the client to understand their requirement and agreeing on deadlines, budgets and any additional needs
ARRIVAL OF STOCK TO THE WAREHOUSE
as agreed with the client; checking stock levels to ensure we have everything we need to complete the task as initially agreed
FULFILMENT
as per client’s instructions where each staff member is first trained, then monitored for both accuracy and efficiency. At this point we can provide sample pictures of packed items to the client to ensure everything is packed or wrapped as agreed.
DISTRIBUTION
as per provided list of addresses. Based on destination and agreed budget Santis will distribute Christmas Gifts utilising a network of selected partners
POD DESPATCH & REPORTING
is provided within a couple of days from distribution giving clients a complete update on every consignment until it’s delivered
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
is provided to ensure the highest level of service and communication with clients at all times
EU DISTRIBUTION OPERATION
As a direct response to our client’s requirements in 2021 for EU assigned distributions post-Brexit, we have opened our Netherlands warehouse which allows clients to reduce their customs related delays and charges, which on average cost a minimum of £30.00 per consignment.
