About the role:

As a Same Day Control Specialist, you’ll be essential to delivering that excellence, acting as the key problem-solver and communicator to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Coordination: Manage same-day deliveries, coordinating between drivers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing updates, resolving queries, and managing expectations with a professional, customer-first approach.
Operational Excellence: Track and monitor deliveries in real-time using cutting-edge systems, ensuring any issues are quickly identified and resolved.
Problem-Solving: Handle any operational disruptions, such as route changes or delays, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Driver Support: Provide guidance and support to drivers to ensure seamless communication and execution of deliveries.
